Our guest speaker will be Dan Coleman.
Dan Coleman is a New Jersey–licensed private investigator and the CEO of Covert Captures, a firm specializing in unmanned/remote surveillance platforms for complex investigations. He founded Creative Solutions Investigative Services (CSIS) in Morris Plains, NJ (License #9003) and built it into a leading practice for cohabitation/residency and civil/corporate matters, blending traditional PI tradecraft with long-term, covert static-camera deployments and structured analytic review. CSIS has delivered unmanned surveillance solutions across the tri-state area since 2014. Before the private sector, Dan served a 20-year career with the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office as a county detective. He’s deployed or overseen thousands of camera placements and helped shape best practices (and case law references) around remote surveillance in New Jersey. Recent engineering partnerships and casework emphasize replacing or augmenting manned tails with purpose-built, covert video systems that produce courtroom-ready evidence and predictable outcomes.
